Slide bolt locking mechanism, internal mounting flanges, and rugged concealed hinges help prevent forced entry. An optional keyed lock is available.

Specifications:
Door panels are constructed of high-density polyethylene and have a wood design and texture molded into the panels. Hardware
is polyester powder coated and all fasteners
are zinc-plated and chromate sealed for corrosion resistance. Basement door sill strip
is constructed of extruded aluminum, and an EPDM rubber header gasket
is supplied for weathertightness. Door panels
are equipped with gas spring lift assistance for easy, one-hand operation and a slide bolt locking mechanism for areaway security.
Supplied with a twenty-five year warranty against defects in material and
workmanship, when installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
