quality-built home begins at the very foundation of the structure. The footing, a
concrete "channel" outlining the basement perimeter, goes in even before the
slab of the foundation, acting as the base of the basement walls.
FORM-A-DRAIN® is installed as the footing form. Perhaps it's most important
function is to act as as a foundation drainage system. FORM-A-DRAIN drains the water
from around the foundation, both exterior and interior. Drain outlets allow water to
exit via a drainage pipe or sump. It is a perfectly located drain system directly
against the side of the footing, below the basement wall, and under the basement slab.
And, FORM-A-DRAIN® also allows for a means of radon evacuation. With simple
adaptions, the same system, already in place, can perform as radon ventilation.
FORM-A-DRAIN® forms a complete loop around the foundation, which is in conformance with
