Terms
We gladly accept Visa or MasterCard.
We also accept good personal or company checks,
however these orders must be mailed to us, and will ship once the check
clears. (Please allow 10-14 working days for your check to clear).
We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
We may not be able to process shipments going to APO, MPO or FPO
addresses.

Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be added only to purchases that are
billed and shipped with in the state of Indiana. There will be
not be any sales tax charged to orders billed and shipped to
other states. If you would like us to add sales tax to your
order, please let us know when you submit your order by telling
us to add sales tax in the comments area of the submit order
form.

Claims
Shortages, damaged or defective goods should be reported to within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
If your shipment Claims for goods
lost or damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.

Return Policy
Some items purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase,
provided that the items have not been damaged, altered, marked,
painted, disassembled or otherwise rendered into a less-than-new
or unsaleable condition. Special-order items and custom
items can not be returned. Items must be returned in their
original, undamaged and unaltered packaging, and must include all accessories,
instruction books and other original materials. Packaging
must contain the original unaltered UPC code. Before
returning goods to us, you must first contact us for return
authorization. Orders that are returned to Korit Sales
without proper return authorization will not be accepted. We
invite you to contact us with any questions about any item
before ordering to avoid receiving unwanted merchandise.

Restocking Charges
Items returned to us will be subject to a restocking charge,
and must be returned at your expense. Additionally, returned
items that were originally shipped to you free of charge will
have the actual original shipping charge deducted from the
amount refunded. If you refuse to complete delivery once
the item has shipped, or if you do not respond to the delivery
carrier's request to arrange and complete delivery, your credit
card will be billed for any related storage charges of your
shipment.

Canceling A Shopping Cart Order
If you wish to cancel an order that you placed
through our website, you must do so before 3 pm Central Daylight
Time, the same day on which you placed your order (or
before 3 pm CDT on
the following Monday if your order was placed on the
weekend). This helps us by avoiding unnecessary packaging
of your shipment, releasing of shipments to the delivery
carrier, and/or ordering of unwanted merchandise from our
vendors. You may cancel your order by email or by
phone. Once an order has shipped, or once merchandise has
been ordered to fill your order, then freight charges
and/or restocking charges may apply.

Shipping
Most items will be shipped via UPS Ground or Truck Motor
Freight, at our discretion. Merchandise in cartons
exceeding the size limits and weight limits of UPS will be
shipped via Truck Motor Freight using the carrier of our
choosing. All items purchased online will have all
shipping charges added to your order at the time of your
purchase, except those designated to be shipped with "Free
Delivery". Shipping charges are calculated by weight of items
purchased. These shipping charges are for
the 48 contiguous U.S. States only! (International customers:
see "Shipping Outside the 48
Contiguous U. S. States" below). We may not be able to process shipments going to APO, MPO or FPO
addresses.

Determining Shipping Charges Before Placing Your Order
To see your total with shipping charges when purchasing online, you must
enter all information
in the Checkout Form.
Do this by adding the items to your shopping cart, click on the Order
Checkout button, fill in the
information, click on Proceed With
Checkout button. This is where
you will see your total order charges. At this time you have the
option to submit your order, or you can click your browser's back button
to go back to your shopping cart and delete your order. To
empty your shopping cart, click the delete button.
There will not be any transaction made until you click on the Submit
Secured Order button.
Furthermore, we do not collect ANY personal information on you unless
you press the Submit Secured Order
button. There are no hidden charges or
minimum order fees.

$6.95 Shipping Charge
When purchasing online and you order an item that is marked "Free Shipping"
or "Price Includes Free Freight", you will see a $6.95 minimum
charge on your Shopping Cart's order form. Please rest
assured that you will NOT be billed this charge!
This $6.95 is programmed into our software as a minimum shipping charge
and, unfortunately, must be deleted manually by our sales staff upon
processing your order. We will manually deduct that charge
before we charge your credit card. Please trust that we
will delete this charge, and please contact us if you have
concerns!

Free Shipping - Free Freight
The items that are marked as Free
Shipping or Price Includes Free
Freight will only be shipped free of charge within the 48
Contiguous U.S. States. These items will be shipped Via Truck
Motor Freight using the carrier of our choosing. In order
to qualify for free shipping, all items on your order must ship
complete, all at the same time. If your qualifying order
contains an item or items that must ship separately (ie:
backordered items, etc.), we will hold the order and ship
complete with no freight charges to you. If you require
that the partial order ship in more than one shipment, we will
pay the freight charges only on the first shipment. You
will be responsible for freight charges for the additional
shipments that make up your order. The Free Shipping -
Free Freight offer is valid only for normal freight
deliveries.
When you attempt to return (or refuse to accept delivery of)
merchandise that was originally shipped free of any freight
charges, the terms outlined in Restocking Charges (shown above)
will apply. Under some circumstances, special shipping charges EVEN
ON "FREE SHIPPING or "FREE FREIGHT" orders may apply
if you have special shipping needs. Please see the next
paragraph.
Our I.C.E. Block Forms will be shipped free of charge when
purchased in quantities of 200 block or more.
Additional Freight Charges May Apply When...
If you specify or require any special freight considerations
including, but not limited to, lift-gate service, unloading
charges, unloading assistance, residential delivery charges, COD
charges, customs charges, etc., extra Shipping & Handling
charges will apply, and will be added to the total amount of
your order and charged to your Visa or MasterCard. For
truck shipments: If, after the order has shipped via common
carrier, you request to change the delivery destination, then
you will be liable for all re-delivery charges and
re-consignment fees incurred. Someone MUST be available
at your delivery location to sign for a common carrier delivery!
Furthermore for residential deliveries, please understand that
the unloading of heavy items or pallets of merchandise by the
driver alone is done at the driver's discretion. Truck
drivers are only required to drive the merchandise to you.
The driver may ask for your assistance unloading your
order. If you are unable or unwilling to assist, the
driver may elect to not complete the delivery. In this
case, delivery charges still would apply even though the
merchandise was not delivered to you. Please understand
that these special charges would apply even to items marked
"FREE SHIPPING or "FREE FREIGHT". For
additional information about this point, see "Refusing
An Order" (below, next paragraph).
If you
need help calculating the weight and overall packaging
dimensions of your order, please let us know before submitting
your order!
For questions about what constitutes
"normal delivery", we invite you to contact the motor freight
delivery company for more details. We can not, and will not, be
responsible for any motor freight company's policies.

Refusing An Order or Failing To Accept Your Order...
Once an order is placed, you are agreeing to commit to our terms
of sale. If delivery is to be made via common carrier (truck line), and:
• you do not agree to schedule a delivery
time when contacted by the carrier, or
• you are not
present to sign for delivery of your shipment, or
• you are unresponsive to calls from the
carrier requesting delivery scheduling, or
• you are unable to assist the
driver with off-loading (for large orders), or
• if you refuse to work with the truck
company to complete your delivery,
then re-delivery charges and
storage fees will result, and will be charged to you. If the order can not be
delivered because of your unwillingness as outlined above, then the merchandise might be returned to us, with
appropriate shipping/storage fees charged to you.
If you receive an order that is damaged or not to your liking,
you must accept delivery of the order and contact us immediately
(if it's a truck delivery: preferably while the driver is still present) to
let us know why you are dissatisfied. If appropriate, we
will then authorize return of the order.
How To Order Merchandise That's Not On Available For Online Purchase
If you would like to purchase an item that does not have a
"Add To Cart" or "Buy Now" button, you may
place your order by phone at (800) 837-5674, or send us an
email. You may also request a special quotes on merchandise by
using one of these contact methods. Our online shopping
area contains only a small fraction of the prosucts that we
sell.

Browser Cookie Information
Korit.com uses cookies to keep track of the items in you
shopping cart. You must have cookies enabled on your
browser to purchase products online. If you choose not to
accept cookies, you will not be able to purchase products online
and may not be able to receive our self-service online
pricing. In this case, you will have to call us at
1-800-837-5674 to place your order by phone.

How Secure Is Our Website?
Your transactions are protected by the highest levels of
encryption possible with the best firewall protection available
in secured facilities within the United States, with access
limited to key personnel. Once placed, your order resides on a
secure server, and your order is accessible only by Korit Sales
personnel who have the proper password. You can be
assured that your personal information is secure. In the
several years that the software has been in use, neither we, nor
our software designer has never experienced a breach of security
or loss of protected information.

More About Security
SSL security technology begins after you add your item(s) to the
shopping cart and click "Order Checkout". Until
this point, you are merely an anonymous person adding items to
an anonymous shopping cart. Security is necessary
only at the point in which you are required to enter your
personal information. At this stage in your order on
korit.com, you will notice that the "padlock" icon
appears and the web address changes to one beginning with
"https:" (the "s" stands for secure).
The secure encryption begins at that point in your order, and
continues until you have submitted your order. For more on

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous U. S. States
All international orders MUST be phoned in. Shipping
charges that calculate in your Shopping Cart assume that
shipment will be made within the 48 contiguous United States Of
America. For shipping charges outside of the 48 contiguous
U.S. States, please send us an email, or call us at
1-800-837-5674 with a complete shipping address and list of
items to be shipped. We will then email you back a price
quote for the shipping charges. Shipping outside of the
USA is done at our discretion. Due to shipping
difficulties, we may not be able to deliver items to APO, MPO,
and FPO addresses.

Due to the self-service nature of this website, prices may be higher if orders are placed
by telephone with one of our customer
service representatives.
