Palladium Flexible Stucco is undergoing a change
in it's marketing strategy at this time. Korit Sales has
sold and used this outstanding product for years with no
problems. However, due to some end-users installing the
product improperly, Sealants & Coatings (the company that
manufactures Palladium) has decided to limit
product sales ONLY TO LICENSED INSTALLERS at this time.
Without factory certified installation training, Korit Sales
Inc. and Sealants & Coatings can NOT warranty this
product. Korit Sales and Sealants & Coatings require a release of
liability from the customer, which
would allow a homeowner to do his or her own installation with
the understanding that the product would not have any warranty.
